The Challenge

Protect Our Winters (POW), a nonprofit fighting climate change through outdoor advocacy, needed a partner who could take full ownership of their merchandise program. Their internal team didn’t have the bandwidth to manage product sourcing, order fulfillment, or e-commerce maintenance—but they still wanted to offer high-quality branded gear to supporters and members.

We started by reviewing POW’s existing products, sales channels, and workflows. Then we designed a new, streamlined system that connected their e-commerce platform with our fulfillment tools and production pipeline.

We now manage their entire merch program, including:
